None of those. It's a members' practice studio — short, guided inner-contemplation labs you do on your own time. There's no live schedule to keep up with and nothing to fall behind on. You bring your work; the labs give you a repeatable way to clear what's blocking it.

How much time does it take each week?

As little as twenty focused minutes. The labs are built to fit a working founder's week — designed to finish, not to pile up. Go deeper when you have the space; the structure holds either way.
